THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.11419 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Cooperation.

When the matter is taken up, a brief note, furnished by the Joint Registrar/District Cooperative Officer, Machilipatnam, Krishna District, sent to the office of the learned Government Pleader, is placed on record. Paragraph No.9 of the said note reads as under:

"The representations said to have been submitted to the District Cooperative Officer, Krishna, Machillipatnam by the petitioners is not received in this office so far however the action on the representation of the petitioners will be taken in due course. In this regard I submit that a joint enquiry with Revenue Divisional Officer, Nuzvid was conducted on 01.12.2017 and a report was submitted to the District Collector, Krishna, Machililpatnam and awaited further orders from the District Collector, Krishna, Machilipatnam on the affairs said society".

In view of the above, by placing on record the above said instructions, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
