HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13831 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed assailing the action of respondents 2 to 4 in calling the petitioner to their office and forcing him to settle the boundary dispute with respondent No.5 and further directing him to allow respondent No.5 to construct compound wall in the land of the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that a case is registered against the petitioner in Crime No.838 of 2018, under Sections 447 and 427 IPC on the file of Gachibowli Police Station on 14-11-2018, wherein the petitioner is arrayed as accused No.1. It is also stated that as part of investigation in the said crime, the respondent-police went to the land admeasuring 6.087 square yards situated in Sy.No.86 (part) and 88/AA of Nanakramguda Village, Serilingampalli Village.

Apart from that, respondent-police never went to the said place nor interfered with the civil disputes of the petitioner. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.
