HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.1900 of 2017 ORDER:

The short prayer made in this revision is only to direct the VII Additional District Judge, Vijayawada to dispose of an appeal expeditiously.

2. Heard Mr. E.V.V.S. Ravikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited nature of the prayer and also considering the fact that the appeal is of the year 2013, the VII Additional District Judge, Vijayawada is directed to put the parties on notice in advance and take up the appeal for hearing at the earliest and endavour to dispose of the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
