HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.7064 of 2003 ORDER:

As seen from the proceeding sheet, writ against respondent No.1 is dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 18.08.2010. The prayer in the writ is to declare the action of respondent No.1 as illegal, arbitrary, malafide and against the principles of natural justice.

2. When the writ petition is dismissed against respondent No.1, whose action is challenged, no cause survives against the other respondents.

3. Accordingly, writ petition is closed.

3. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
