HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.2559 of 2015 ORDER:

It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Telangana State that, since charge sheet was filed on 24.03.2015 in the Court of XX Metropolitan Magistrate at Malkajgiri, the instant petition becomes infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file a petition afresh seeking appropriate relief.

Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
