Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the subject C.C. has been disposed of by the lower Court concerned on 24.6.2019. In support of his submission, he produced before this Court the relevant material paper.

In view of the above, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
