MACMA.No.3344 of 2008 is filed by the Insurance Company challenging the award dated 27-08-2005 passed in O.P.No.244 of 2003 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-District Judge, Nizamabad, whereas MACMA.No.2375 of 2009 is filed by the claimants challenging the award dated 27-08-2005 passed in O.P.No.244 of 2003 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-District Judge, Nizamabad.

In the said appeals, the matter was compromised and an award was passed on 11-07-2015 by the Lok Adalat.

In view of the award passed by the Lok Adalat, recording the said

compromise, the appeal is disposed of.
