THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.15896 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard Sri T.S. Praveen Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner;

the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) for respondents 1 to 3 and Sri P.Kesava Rao, learned Counsel for respondents 4 and 5. With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2 . The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondents in considering the applications dated 20.01.2016 and 18.04.2016 made by the petitioner and in allotting a residential plot admeasuring 700 square yards to the petitioner near Wooden Stall, Bisthiwada, A.C. Guards, Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondents to forthwith allot the plot mentioned above to the petitioner.

3. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to dispose of the representations made by the petitioner on 20.01.2016 and 18.04.2016 at the earliest.

4. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same.

5. Having regard to the circumstances stated above, without

going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the representations dated 20.01.2016 and 18.04.2016 said to have been made by the petitioner, if the same are still pending consideration, in accordance with law, at the earliest preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
