This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 1st respondent in not issuing permission in favour of the Petitioner Association to exercise their rights and form a Consortium for appointing the Convenor for EAMCET - AC and ECET - AC for conducting admissions under SW - III counselling for various courses and in permitting only 3rd respondent to appoint the Convenor for EAMCET - AC and ECET - AC for conducting admissions under SW III counselling for various courses.

Sri A.Abhishek Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2 produced record and also copy of the order dt.18.06.2019 issued by the Secretary, TSCHE (AFRC), Telangana Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee, appointing 3rd respondent as convenor for conducting TSEAMCET-AC-2019, TSICET-AC2019, TSPGECET-AC-2019, TSECET-AC-2019. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the said order dt.18.06.2019.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dt.18.06.2019. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
