THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12191 of 2015 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent University in not declaring the result of the second year MBBS., examination of the petitioner held in January, 2015 as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently direct the respondent University to announce the result

of the second year MBBS., examinations of the petitioner forthwith. It is agreed by both the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 23.04.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11523 of 2015.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said order with the direction that the observations made therein shall be read as part of this order. The respondent University is directed to declare the result of the 2nd year MBBS., examinations of the petitioner forthwith. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall also stand disposed of.
