HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 16522 OF 2002 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the Writ Petition against the 1st respondent was dismissed for default, vide orders dated 18.08.2010 and no steps have been taken by the petitioner to see that the Writ Petition is restored against the 1st respondent. The petitioner is challenging the orders passed by the authority under Minimum Wages Act in MW No.7/2001 in favour of the 1st respondent and in the absence of 1st respondent, this case cannot be adjudicated on merits.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed.
