Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Irrigation and Command Area Development (A.P.) and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition (A.P.).

When these matters are taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleaders, on instructions, that if the petitioners herein submit their applications under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 enclosing the documents in proof of their right and title to the properties, the authorities will consider the same as per law. 3.

The same is recorded and all the writ petitions are disposed of, keeping it open to the petitioners herein to submit appropriate applications before the concerned authority by enclosing the relevant documents. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
