THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.11548 of 2018 ORDER:
In this Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the grievance of the writ petitioners is in regard to non-registration of a case and non-issuance of an FIR pursuant to the report, dated 30.09.2017, lodged by the petitioners against the persons named in the said report.

I have heard the submissions of Sri Sarath Kumar.D, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. I have perused the material record.

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home submits that a report was lodged, on 07.04.2018, by the 1st petitioner and that based on the said report, a case in Crime No.169 of 2018 was registered by Narasaraopet (R) Police Station, Guntur District, for the offence punishable under Section 384 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, and investigation is taken up.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, in reply, would submit that in view of the registration of the crime, the writ petition can be disposed of, as no cause survives for adjudication. 5.
Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is closed, as no further cause survives for adjudication. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
