The petitioners seek grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds and accordingly, they have applied under form 6-A before the 3rd respondent on 16-03-2015. Alleging that no orders are passed and the said application is not considered, the present writ petition is filed.

Since the petitioners stated to have made statutory application, the 3rd respondent is required to consider the same and pass appropriate orders. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the aforesaid application of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders expeditiously, preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
