Since MACMA.No.4266 of 2014 filed by the Insurance Company is dismissed as withdrawn today i.e., 02.04.2018 on the ground that the matter is settled out of Court, no purpose would be served by keeping the present MACMA, filed by the claimants, pending. Accordingly, the MACMA is closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present appeal, stand closed. No order as to costs.
