HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 13154 OF 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner is working as Conductor. Disciplinary proceedings initiated against him while he was working as Conductor resulted in imposing punishment of deferment of increment for a period of 1 1⁄2 year with cumulative effect and period of suspension was treated as not on duty. The appeal preferred by the petitioner was rejected by order of Appellate Authority dated 28.5.2013 confirming the order passed by the 2nd respondent vide proceedings No. 02/104(29)/87-KG dated 30.11.1987. Aggrieved thereby, he preferred review on 3.7.2013. A further review/representation on 3.9.2016. Alleging that so far no orders are passed on his review, this Writ Petition is filed.

Since petitioner claims that no orders are passed on his review petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Review Authority to examine the review petition and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided no orders are passed so far and subject to maintainability.
