Petitioners claim to be the owners of plot Nos.104, 651, 27, 197, 147, 208, 1015, 230, 1016, 204, 681, 1173 and 654. They claim to have constructed houses. However, no material is placed on record to show that houses were already constructed by the petitioners. In this Writ Petition, petitioners grievance is limited to the extent that the 2nd respondent - Sewerage Board is not providing individual water supply connection to their houses. 3.

Learned Standing Counsel for the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply Sewerage Board points out that no application was made by the petitioners seeking water supply connection and therefore they cannot blame the Board.

Admittedly, no application seeking to provide water supply connection is made by the petitioners and no proof is filed to show that the houses were already constructed.

Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to such of those petitioners, who may have already constructed houses, to make applications seeking to provide individual water supply connection to the 2nd respondent - Board. As and when such applications are made, the same shall be considered, subject to production of documents as required by the Board.
