This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

"To issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the respondents No.2 to 4 in refunding the Security deposit and royalty amount of Rs.6,23,875/- deposited by the petitioner in pursuance of the licence granted in favor of the petitioner. for stoppage of the buses at APTDC Pavithra Green Land Restaurant; NH-4, Palamaner, Chittoor District, plying enroute Chittoor to Bangalore as per the terms and conditions of tender licence for the years, 2008, 2010 & 2012 as arbitrary, illegal, abdication of the statutory duty cast on them and voilative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles 14, 19 & 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No.2 and 5 to refund the security deposit and royalty amount of Rs.

6,23,8751- deposited by the petitioner in pursuance of the licence granted in favor of.the petitioner for stoppage of the buses at APTDC Pavithra Green Land Restaurant, NH-4, Palamaner, Chittoor District, plying enroute Chittoor to Bangalore as per the terms and conditions of tender. license for the years, 2008, 2010 & 2012". 2.

Heard Ms.S.Parineeta, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Respondent No.1 and Sri A.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Respondents 2 to 5, apart from perusing the material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 24.1.2017 to the 2nd respondent and no orders have been passed on the said representation and necessary direction may be issued to the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate

orders on the said representation, in accordance with law, by fixing some time frame.

Recording the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioner, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 24.1.2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
