Heard Smt. K.Aruna for petitioner and the Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for Respondents.

The intention of petitioner in this writ petition is to make the Respondents to take note of Resolution dated 09.08.2011 and construct Gram Panchayat office as per the resolution. The Court ordered notice on 18.01.2012 to the Respondents. 3.

Counsel for petitioner submits that she is unaware of developments in the matter of construction of Gram Panchayat office at Padamati Lakshmipuram village, Donakonda Mandal. She requests the Court to leave the issue open and close the matter, with liberty to petitioner to file a fresh writ petition for a comprehensive relief, if the cause subsists.

The statement is placed on record, and the writ petition is dismissed accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
