HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21079 OF 2003 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in continuing the disciplinary proceedings pursuant to the charge memo dated 15.02.2003 and 04.04.2003 even after retirement of the petitioner on attaining the age of superannuation w.e.f 30.04.2003 withholding the superannuation, gratuity and leave encashment and other benefits, as illegal and arbitrary. This Court on 07.01.2004 granted the interim order which reads as follows:

"Respondents are directed to forthwith release and pay the petitioner gratuity amounts he is entitled to" Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the in view of the aforesaid interim order passed by this Court, no further orders are required in the writ petition.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of interms of the interim order passed by this Court. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any shall stand closed.
