HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13711 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.4 and 5 in calling the petitioner, frequently, to the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police-4th respondent, West Zone Office and Humayun Nagar Police Station and in directing the petitioner to return the amount to one Mukram Ali Siddiqui.

The 4th respondent filed counter denying the allegations made by the petitioner that they are interfering with the life and liberty of the petitioner and calling the petitioner to the police station, regularly. From the counter affidavit it is found that no crime is registered against the petitioner and that there appears to be civil disputes between the petitioner and third parties.

Recording the aforesaid submission made in the counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law. However, this order will not preclude the respondent police from investigating into any crime. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
