Petitioner challenges the order of suspension dated 26.05.2011.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for petitioner states that services of the petitioner were terminated on 11.08.2011. In view of the subsequent termination, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and accordingly writ petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
