Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioners claim that they purchased land to an extent of Ac.3.00 guntas in Sy.Nos.496/36/2, 496/36/3 and 496/36/4, Ac.1.00 guntas in Sy.Nos.496/36/5, 496/36/6 corresponding to old Sy.No.496/2 by way of registered sale deed dated 17.11.2016. After the said purchase petitioners filed application dated 03.12.2016 through mee-seva for mutation of their names in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. But so far no order communicating mutation of their names is furnished. Hence, this writ petition.

As per the material placed on record on 03.12.2016 the application of the petitioners was registered in Mee-seva. If that is so, and the application is pending consideration, the Tahsildar, Patancheruvu Mandal, Sangareddy District, shall consider the application of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law. The said decision shall be taken and communicated to the petitioners, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
