On a slip being moved by Sri V.K.Naidu, learned Standing Counsel for the appellant, the matter is taken up by way of Lunch Motion under the caption 'For withdrawal'.

A letter, dated 12.04.2018, addressed by the learned counsel to the Registrar (Judicial), requesting to list the appeal under the caption 'For withdrawal', as he received instructions from the appellant to withdraw the appeal, is also enclosed to the slip.

When the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel for the appellant sought permission to withdraw the appeal. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, MACMA is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present appeal, stand closed. No order as to costs.
