When the matter is taken up, a letter bearing Rc.No.31/2018/SDT, dated 02.04.2018, addressed by the Special Deputy Collector (L.A), PIPRMC Unit-II, Eluru, to the office of the learned Government is placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said letter reads as under: "I invite kind attention to the references cited. The above land losers have filed Writ Petitions at Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh and for the State of Telangana at Hyderabad with a plea to direct the Govt. respondents to deposit compensation amount to competent authority U/s 64 of the LARR Act., 2013. In this connection, in view of the instructions issued by the Special Collector (L.A), PIP, Rajamahendravaram vide reference 8th cited, those cases will be referred to the LA R&R authority, Vijayawada, as requested by the Writ Petitioners. Hence, I request that the above facts may be submitted to the Hon'ble High Court of A.P., Hyderabad and take necessary action for disposal of the Writ Petitions."

Having regard to the contents of the above said letter and having regard to the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition stands disposed of, by placing on record the above said instructions.
