IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE, AT HYDERABAD
FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA & THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH **** HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 1704 OF 2017 Between:
Mrs Kavitha W/o Venuprasad aged 47 years ....Petitioner A n d The Telangana State Dairy Development Cooperative Federation Limited, Hyderabad represented by its Managing Director ....Respondent DATE OF ORDER: 03.02.2017
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 1704 OF 2017 ORDER:
Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of suspension dated 23.12.2016.
2.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that the order of suspension was made in high handed manner and petitioner is no way concerned with the running of milk parlor and, as a Deputy Director the petitioner cannot be expected to sit in the parlor and run the business. Explaining the stand of the petitioner on the allegations made in the order of suspension, a detailed representation was submitted to the Managing Director (respondent) on 31.12.2016, but so far no orders are passed. Learned counsel for petitioner further submits that without giving any notice the order of suspension was passed thereby the petitioner was denied the opportunity to present his version. 3.
Liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit an additional representation enclosing the copy of the earlier representation dated 31.12.2016 within one week from the date of receipt of the order. Since the explanation filed by the petitioner, explaining the stand of the petitioner against the order of suspension, is still pending, the Managing Director (respondent) is directed to consider the explanation and additional explanation submitted by the petitioner objectively and pass orders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
