JUSTI CE J.UMA DEVI WRI T PETI TI ON NO.3794 of 2016 ORDER: (per SK,J) The grievance of the petitioners in this case was with regard to the order dated 29.01.2015 passed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Kolkata, in Appeal No.23 of 2014.

Sri Ambadipudi Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the Punjab National Bank, the first respondent herein, would inform this Court that the loan account, which was the subject matter of the aforestated proceeding before the Appellate Tribunal, was settled on 29.06.2017 by the borrowers and a No Dues Certificate was also issued to this effect on 20.07.2017.

Recording the aforestated statement, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
