THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.11510 OF 2018 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking verbatim the following relief: "... to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not fixing the rate of admission for the Petitioner Theater as per their application dated 22-03-2018 as illegal, null void and arbitrary and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interests of justice."

I have heard the submissions Sri K. Tharun Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the respondents. I have perused the material record.

Learned counsel for both the parties are in agreement that the issue in the instant Writ Petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch and W.P.MP.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014. 4.
Having regard to the facts and submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the orders in the afore-stated Writ Petitions, this Writ Petition is also disposed of on the same terms as were mentioned in the orders in the afore-stated Writ Petitions.

The Registry is directed to enclose copies of the orders in the afore-stated Writ Petitions to this order.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
