Learned counsel for the petitioners states that this Court in similar circumstances disposed of WP.No.34301 of 2017 by order dated 13.10.2017. The same is not disputed by Sri MSR.Chandramurthy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 3 to 5.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also allowed and the proceedings in Rc.No.29/2016/EGS/HR, dated 17.06.2016 issued by the 3rd respondent removing the petitioners from the post of Field Assistants working in their respective Gram Panchayats in Saravakonta Mandal of Srikakulam District, is set aside. The 4th respondent is directed to consider the explanations offered by each of the petitioners. Till this exercise is completed, respondents shall not induct any person in the posts held by petitioners. This exercise shall be completed within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
