This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:
"To pass an order or writ particularly writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent no. 2 to 4 in attempting to forcibly take possession of the Petitioner's Mulgi No: 4-5-66/a and abutting pail in total area of 22.43 Sq. Yds., bounded at East: Main Road, West: Shop of Abdul Saleem Ganpur, North: Shop o Iqbal Ahmed and at South: Shop of Bassaiah Shetty, out of total area of 45.36 Sq. area in premises bearing No: 4-5-66 & 66/1, situated at Old Gunj, Main, Road, Narayanpet Proper, Mandal & Revenue Division of Mahabub Nagar District, without following the Provisions of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 Act.No. 30 of 2013 ) & paying the benefits to the petitioner as arbitrary, illegal and high handed."

The sum and substance case of the petitioner in the writ petition is that the revenue authorities are not proceeding in accordance with law and are forcibly trying to take possession of the of the petitioner's properties. This Court, on 23.01.2017 passed an interim order directing the respondents not to demolish or dispossess the petitioner except in accordance with law. 3.
To day, when the matter is taken up, on instructions it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the respondents will follow the due process of law and deal with the properties of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission of the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to dispossess the
petitioner from the subject properties except in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that the respondents are entitled to proceed as per law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
