ORDER:

Heard.

2. Petitioner herein claim that respondent Nos.3 and 4 are neither investigating nor filing the charger sheet in crime No.224 of 2014 on the file of Maripeda police station.

3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader, however, show that the said crime was already investigated and after recording statements of witnesses on 24.10.2014, prima facie commission of crime was established. Thereafter, respondents received directions from this court in

Crl.P.No.13562 of 2014 filed by respondent No.5 giving liberty to these respondents to proceed further with the investigation in the said crime. However, there was a restraint order on the arrest of the said petitionerrespondent No.5. It is further stated that thereafter further investigation was completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Thorrur, Warangal District, on 28.02.2015 and the same is now awaiting cognizance of the learned Magistrate.

4. In view of the above, it is evident that petitioner has filed this writ petition without any enquiry and as the charge sheet is already filed, no further orders are required to be passed.

Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
