Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (TG) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.4, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) appearing for respondent Nos.5 to 7.

When the matter is taken up, instructions furnished by the respondents are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. According to the said instructions, the respondents have neither forced the petitioners to vacate their lands nor offered them compensation as there is no need of their lands and tanks for Mission Bhagiratha works.

The said statement is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
