It is not in dispute that when Writ Petition was heard and disposed of finally, the writ petitioner was no more. We are informed that he expired on 23.10.2014. In view thereof, learned counsel for the parties have agreed for the following order:
"The order impugned in the present appeal is set aside. It is open to legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to make an application for bringing them on record and prosecute the Writ Petition further for the monetary benefits, if any, the deceased petitioner was entitled to."
Writ Appeal is accordingly disposed of.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also
stand disposed of.
