When the matter was called on 10.02.2016, 03.06.2016 and on 10.06.2016 respectively, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. When the matter again appeared in the list on 05.08.2016, there was no representation on either side and, hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal', after three (3) weeks. Even today, when the matter appeared in the cause list, again, there is no representation on either side. Hence, I find that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. In consequence, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. _____________________________ G. SHYAM PRASAD, J Date: 02.09.2016.
