HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4050 of 2018 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner seeks to quash the proceedings in Crime No.61/2017 of I Town PS, Bellampalli, Ramagundam.

2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 06.04.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Bellampalli I Town PS, Ramagundam City and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as C.C.No.74/2018 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bellampalli and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3) There is no representation for petitioner.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
