THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NOs.13786 & 13735 OF 2019 COMMON ORDER:

With the consent of the counsel appearing on both sides, these Writ Petitions, which involve common issue, are being disposed of at the stage of admission, by passing common order. When the matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in these Writ Petitions is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.3451 of 2019 dated 15.03.2019 and contends that similar order be passed in the present Writ Petitions also.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has not disputed the submission made by the counsel for petitioners.

Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are disposed of directing the District Collector to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners on 10.01.2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
