Heard.

The present writ petition is filed alleging inaction on the part of respondents 2 to 4 in taking action against respondents 5 to 9, who have allegedly occupied the Government land admeasuring Ac.26-38 gts., in Sy.No.376 situated at Mogaligidda Village, Farooqnagar Mandal, Mahabubnagar District.

The petitioner also states that he made representations to the 2nd respondent on 04-05-2015 and 23-06-2015, but no action is taken.

Learned Government Pleader has received instructions from the 4th respondent, which state that the land admeasuring Ac.7-12 gts., in Sy.Nos.376/1, 376/2 and 376/3 was purchased by respondents 8 and 9 and they have been granted Occupancy Right Certificates by the 3rd respondent vide Proceedings No.K/2204/2013, dated 02-08-2013 and the same was also implemented by the 4th respondent in Proceedings No.B/470/2013, dated 16-11-2013. It is further stated that the land in Sy.No.376 is not a Government land. So far as the petitioners aforesaid representations are concerned, it is stated that after due enquiry appropriate orders would be passed.

In view of the said instructions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's aforesaid representations and pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
