Learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P.No.7111 of 2014, at the outset, invited our attention to the orders, dated 20.06.2014 and 17.07.2014, passed by this Court in W.P.No.10942 of 2014 and W.P.No.

9954 of 2014 and batch respectively and submitted that these writ petitions may also be disposed of in terms thereof. In the aforementioned orders, this Court simply recorded the statement made on behalf of the respondents that the Board has taken a decision not to implement C.S.R./E.S.R. condition and the APPCB Memos and disposed of the writ petitions. In view thereof, the writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the aforementioned orders, dated 20.06.2014 and 17.07.2014.
