ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Petition is filed for issuing a writ of Habeas Corpus for release of Mudu Veeranna detained under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Dacoits, Drug Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders and

Land Grabbers Act, 1986 (Act No.1 of 1986).

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana State), on instructions, submitted that after the detention of the detenu was confirmed by G.OMs.No.2755, General Administration (Law & Order) Department, dated 13.10.2015, on the advise of the Advisory Board, the Government has released the detenu and therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above submission of the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
