ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order dated 30.10.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18960 of 2007.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent reported that the respondent has complied with the order dated 30.10.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18960 of 2007, and issued proceedings dated 20.12.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
