This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed to issue writ of prohibition or any other appropriate writ prohibiting the 3rd respondent from proceeding with further in pursuance of notice, dated 22.05.2007, and quash the same. 2.
Heard the arguments of learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.

The impugned notice, dated 22.05.2007, came to be issued pursuant to the application filed by one Smt Shahazadi Begum under sub-rule (1) of Rule 10 of the Payment of Gratuity (Central) Rules, 1972 alleging that the petitioners failed to pay the difference of the gratuity amount to her.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in similar circumstances this Court by an order, dated 24.06.2010, disposed of W.P.No.16660 of 2007 directing the petitioners therein to appear and raise all such objections before the 3rd respondent herein, pursuant to the notice, dated 22.05.2007.

Having regard to the above, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the petitioners to appear before Officer concerned on the next date of adjournment and produce both oral and documentary evidence, on which reliance is sought to be placed, in support of his plea.
