Having regard to the order dt.08.10.2014 in CRP.No.5105 of 2013 dismissing the said Revision filed challenging the order passed by the VII Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad on 26.11.2013 in I.A.No.283 of 2013 in O.S.No.2095 of 2012 and allowing the respondent to reopen the evidence on his side and recall PW1 for the purpose of marking certain documents, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
