THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5452 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order in I.A. No.757 of 2011 in O.S. No.378 of 2008 dated 01.03.2012 passed by the XIII Additional Chief Judge (Fast Track Court) City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

The petitioner herein filed I.A.No.757 of 2011 under Order 1 Rule 10 (1) read with Section 151 of C.P.C stating that he is a necessary party to the suit and the same was dismissed by the Court below. Aggrieved by the same, present revision is filed. 3.

Sri B.Vijaysen Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4, 9, 11 and 12 states that during pendency of revision, interim application was filed and the same was allowed on 08.10.2015 rejecting the suit. Hence, the revision has become infructuous. 4.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
