OFFICE NOTE LK,J I.A.No.3 of 2021 20.12.2021 This application is filed seeking to relax condition No.2 imposed by this Court in the order dated 19.07.2021.

Vide order dated 19.07.2021 this Court granted anticipatory bail on imposition of certain conditions. The condition No.2 is as follows:

"On such release, the petitioners/A2 to A6 shall appear before the Investigating Officer on every Firday between 10.00 AM and 2.00 PM., till completion of investigation or filing of the charge sheet."

Learned counsel for the petitioners/A4 to A6 would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the order of this Court and there is no allegation of violation of any of the conditions imposed by this Court. Petitioners are Government Employees and that they will appear before the police whenever their appearance is required and cooperate with the prosecution.

On instructions, learned Public Prosecutor, would submit that the Police have not completed the investigation and it is also not disputed that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the above, this application is allowed relaxing the condition No.2 imposed by this Court. However, it is made clear that other conditions imposed in the order remain unaltered.

The petitioners shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer by appearing before him as and when their presence is required. Police shall also give advance notice to the accused in this regard.
