This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 05.09.2017 in I.A.No.204 of 2017 in O.S.No.15 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sidhout. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
