Heard.

Petitioner claims to be the owner of the land to an extent of Ac.0-30 guntas in survey No.174/AA situated at Tondapally Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. She was issued pattadar passbook No.765 and is in possession of the said land. As per the new system evolved by the Government, in order to grant benefits under various schemes, the Government issued new passbooks. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that new passbook is not issued to the petitioner. On 15.04.2019 an application was submitted by the petitioner to the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar requesting to issue new pattadar passbook. So far, the same is not issued.

The application dated 15.04.2019 is enclosed as Ex.P.1. If such application is already received and pending consideration, the same may be examined and if the petitioner is otherwise entitled for issuance of e-passbook, the same shall be issued within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
