This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 5, in not permitting the petitioner to construct building in her land admeasuring Ac.0.1025 cents in Survey No.184 of Dharanikota Village, Amaravathi Mandal, Guntur District, in spite of lapse of Land Acquisiton Proceedings, as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner
sought for a consequential direction to the said respondents to accept her application for grant of building permission afresh.
Mr.M.Janardhana Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court stating that the petitioner has instructed him to withdraw the Writ Petition and that, therefore, the Writ Petition be listed under the caption 'for withdrawal'.
Today, at the hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has reiterated the same.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
