THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13754 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.3 and 5 and their subordinates in trying to dispossess the petitioner by way of interfering with his peaceful possession and enjoyment over the land in Sy.No.316, total admeasuring Ac.13.27 gts., situated at Attapur Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without following due procedure contemplated under law. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Irrigation and Revenue. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Irrigation as well as Revenue basing on the instructions submitted that the respondent authorities are not interfering with the possession of the petitioner and not laying any pipeline in his land. He further submits that only for inspection purpose they went there and they are not laying any pipeline through land of the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner, without following the due process of law.
