This writ petition is filed by aggrieved by inaction of respondents in not registering the crime on the complaint dated 26-06-2019 lodged by the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on the written instructions submits that basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.744 of 2019 is registered. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner and says that no further orders are required.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
