HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.1673 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner, in the instant Habeas Corpus Petition, seeks production of M.Shyamsunder Reddy, who, according to the petitioner, has been illegally detained by respondent No.4. Mr.Santosh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents, on the other hand, submits that M.Shyamsunder Reddy has been arrested in connection with Crime No.7 of 2016 by Mulugu Police Station, Medak District on 20.01.2016 and presently, he is in judicial custody. That being so, in our opinion, nothing further survives in the writ petition.

Writ petition is disposed of. Disposal of the writ petition shall not preclude the petitioner from taking appropriate remedy for release of M.Shyamsunder Reddy, if she so desires before appropriate forum. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
